Port Washington Soccer Club is proud to announce PWSC ACADEMY PROGRAM for the 2019/2020 soccer season! Registration will be open from June 1- June 30
The PWSC Academy Program is the first stage in the youth soccer development. It is designed to give younger players better coaching, conditioning and more advanced skill work to prepare each individual player for future success in our PWSC Select Program or any higher level of soccer play. The program focuses on individual technical development and not on “Winning”. Coaches strive to create a fun and exciting environment while teaching and developing:
All players (no matter their skill level) born in 2010 - 2013 are encouraged to attend any Academy session offered from 6pm-7:30pm at the Ozaukee County Justice Center Fields!
The PWSC Academy Program will be divided by gender, age and ability. The ratio of coach to players is estimated to be at 10:1 to allow all players to receive one-on-one attention. This individual level of coaching will raise their level of play and increase their overall knowledge of the game.
All sessions and home games will be held at the Ozaukee County Justice Center fields in Port Washington and session days are expected to be on Mondays and Thursdays from 5:30pm to 7pm. All Academy teams will practice together to create a consistent and transparent soccer program that will allow the player to thrive in the individual and team atmosphere.
All interested players, parents and coaches should reach out to Jason Braaten, PWSC’s Director of Coaching, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will be hosting our first Academy playdate on Wednesday June 5th from 6-7:30 pm!
