U8 REC Program will move to be "In House", meaning we will be playing in Port and play against other Port teams only.  We will implement a 3 v 3 format and limit teams to 5-6 players per team.  

PWSC Recreational Soccer

Registration for fall starts in June and ends in August. Team formation is determined by grade. The ages listed below are a general guideline for age placement. Players are placed on a team by mid-August and remain on the same team for the fall (Sept/Nov) season and spring (April/June) season.

U8 - (under 8 yrs old, 1st- 2nd Grade) 

• 5-6 team players on Roster
• Port team v Port Team
• 3 vs 3 (no goalie)
• 3 periods- 10 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes,  all players will have 50%  playing time
• 4 goal game
• Size 3 ball

What –

• Cost for Recreational Team for 2021/2022 season is $225/per player. 
  **There is also an additional $50 refundable volunteer fee (refunded after 4 hours of volunteering) 
• Includes participation in Fall and Spring leagues, uniform jersey.

Where -

• Game Fields = All games in Port Washington
• Practice Fields = Determined by coach

When –  

• Fall season Sept – Nov (8 games total )
• Spring season April – June (8 games total )
• Games = Saturdays 
• Practice = weeknights (coach determines days, place and time)
