Port Washington Soccer Club Registration Instructions                

 

To register for any of the PWSC soccer programs during the 2008/2009 seasons you need to fill out the registration form completely. Please sign the Release and Consent sections and indicate your choice on the Parent Volunteer form.        


If registering for the Recreational or Classic Soccer Programs please include a check for $110.00 payable to the PWSC. First year registrants need to also send along a copy of their birth certificate. 

         
If registering for the Short Stuff Soccer Program, please include a $30.00 payment for each season in which you plan to participate, payable to the PWSC. The PWSC registration fee of $110 is not applicable to Short Stuff Soccer participants.    


If you choose to participate in the PWSC Summer Skill Camp August 11-August 15 you will need to fill out the Camp registration form. The camp is free to all registered PWSC members.       

  

If you are registering more than one player you are eligible for the PWSC multi-player family discount. (1st player -$110, 2nd player $100, 3rd player $90, 4th player $85 and so on)  

 

Plan to attend the Annual General Membership meeting at 6:30 PM and register in person Wednesday May 21 in the Thomas Jefferson Middle School Cafeteria from 7:15-9 PM. Representatives will be available to answer questions concerning all aspects of the PWSC.

 

The PWSC will not be hosting a Milwaukee Wave soccer camp at the Justice Center fields this summer but info concerning dates for camps in area communities can be found at www.milwaukeewave.com. The PWSC recommends soccer camps as a way to improve a player’s soccer ability and increase their love of the game. Please consider a Milwaukee Wave camp for your son or daughter this summer.
