Referee clinics are going on now. Contact Ron Lauters at 262-284-0053 or referee@portsoccer.org for more information and to get signed up. For a list of clinics visit www.wisref.org. You must be at least 12 years old but moms and dads are also encouraged to become referees.
The PWSC offers a great incentive for signing up and completing the referee clinic. The PWSC will supply new referees with a uniform (shirt, shorts and socks), whistle and yellow/red card book along with reimbursing you for the clinic registration fee.
Note the referee wages listed below. What a fun way to earn some extra money.
U8 $15/game
U10 $18/game
U12 $25/game AR $15/game
U14 $30/game AR $20/game
U16 $40/game AR $25/game
U17 $50/game AR $30/game

The Ozaukee Soccer District will be hosting an entry level referee clinic on February 12 & 13 2011 in Cedarburg. You can register at www.wisref.org click on referee courses. If you have any questions you can contact Ron at referee@portsoccer.org
